The 'Verified' badge indicates that the property owner's national identity credentials (NIC) and host selfie have been manually reviewed and approved by the Bodima admin team, reducing the risk of rental scams.

Once you find an accommodation you like, click on the details card to view the owner's verified phone number and email address. You can contact them directly. There are no middleman broker fees.

Yes! Listing properties on Bodima is 100% free for owners. There are no registration or listing fees.

First, sign up for a Bodima account and navigate to your Dashboard. Complete the Identity Verification process by uploading your NIC photos. Once approved, you will be elevated to the Owner role and can list properties.

If you find any suspicious property listing, do not pay any reservation fees upfront. You should report the listing using our contact form or flag it so our admin team can investigate and take immediate actions.
